PR Senior Account Executive

What you'll do

• Manage and nurture strong client relationships: providing regular updates, presenting performance reports, and gathering feedback effectively.
• Drive proactive media relations efforts: build strong journalist relationships, and secure high-impact coverage across relevant sectors.
• Develop insightful reports: Analyze campaign performance, media coverage, and social data to create comprehensive reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Contribute to strategic planning: development and implementation of comprehensive communication strategies and integrated campaigns.
• Mentor and guide junior team members: Guide and support junior team members, sharing knowledge and fostering their development.
• Identify trends & opportunities: Monitor industry news, client sectors, and media landscapes to flag relevant trends and potential story angles for clients.
• Contribute to strategic planning: Support the development of integrated communication strategies, ensuring media and reporting objectives are central to client plans.
• Oversee daily account operations: Ensure smooth execution of PR activities, manage timelines, and maintain high standards for all deliverables and administrative tasks.

Experience that contributes to success

• Previous experience in a PR agency or in-house communications role.
• Proven track record of successfully supporting client accounts and contributing to campaigns.
• Experience guiding or supporting junior staff members.
• Strong understanding of media relations, digital analytics, and integrated communications.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills in English; Arabic is highly advantageous.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving.

Desired Candidate Profile
