Procurement Officer & Stock Manager

Healthline Medical Group is a leading provider of outpatient healthcare services in Abu Dhabi. We are looking for a Procurement Officer & Stock Manager to oversee our procurement, inventory control, and supplier management.

Job Responsibilities

✅ Procurement & Supplier Management

• Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with suppliers.
• Ensure timely procurement of medications and medical supplies at competitive prices.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on price, quality, and reliability.

✅ Inventory & Stock Control

• Maintain optimal stock levels to prevent shortages and overstocking.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor product expiration dates and ensure proper stock rotation.

✅ Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure all procurement activities comply with UAE’s Department of Health (DoH)
• Handle procurement and stock tracking in compliance with UAE laws.

✅ Reporting & System Management

• Utilize inventory management software to track stock levels and generate reports.
• Prepare cost analysis reports and advise on cost-saving procurement strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CIPS certification

Experience

• 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or stock control, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of supply chains and vendor management.
• Familiarity with UAE regulations and controlled medication handling.

Skills

• Proficiency in inventory management software
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple suppliers and stock levels efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
