Job Summary

The Video Production Manager is responsible for leading, planning, and executing all video production initiatives across PureHealth Group and its entities. This role ensures the delivery of world-class video content that aligns with brand strategy, communicates key messages effectively, and engages diverse audiences across corporate, social, and digital platforms.

The position requires a combination of creative and technical expertise, from concept development and scripting to directing shoots, editing, and post-production supervision. The Video Production Manager will collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution, efficient workflows, and high-quality storytelling. A strong understanding of Arabic language and culture is essential to effectively manage stakeholders and deliver content that resonates locally while maintaining global standards.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead PureHealth Group’s video strategy, creative direction, and storytelling to support corporate, brand, and campaign objectives.
• Own end-to-end video production, from concept and scripting to filming, editing, and final delivery, with hands-on execution when required.
• Ensure creative, technical, and brand excellence across all video content, optimizing outputs for digital, social, events, and broadcast platforms.
• Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance production efficiency, creativity, and scalability.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and leadership teams, aligning content with business priorities and brand positioning.
• Manage vendors, budgets, and production resources, ensuring quality, compliance, and cost effectiveness.
• Act as brand guardian for all motion content, driving continuous improvement through performance insights and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in video production, editing, or creative direction, preferably within a corporate or agency environment.
• Arabic language (fluent, mandatory)
• Expert knowledge of video pre-production, production, and post-production processes (concepting, scripting, directing, editing, color grading, sound design).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop) and other professional video editing tools.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, scripting, and storyboard creation that aligns with brand and communication objectives.
• Familiarity with AI-based video generation tools (e.g., Runway, Kling AI, Pika, Sora, etc.) and ability to integrate emerging technologies into workflows.
