Job Title: Purchase Executive – Building Materials

Job Purpose

To manage procurement of building materials, identify reliable suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery of goods to support operational and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure building materials as per project and branch requirements
• Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers
• Request and compare quotations to secure competitive pricing
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery timelines
• Prepare and process LPOs (Local Purchase Orders) in coordination with finance
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouses for stock updates
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to site, warehouse, or customers
• Track supplier performance and maintain updated vendor lists
• Coordinate with the logistics and transport team for dispatch and delivery
• Maintain proper documentation for all purchases and supplier contracts
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and budget guidelines
• Support the procurement manager with periodic purchase reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Purchase Executive in building materials (UAE mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of building materials products (cement, steel, blocks, paints, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
