Job Summary

Dermazone Laser & Cosmetic Center is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Purchaser with experience in the UAE healthcare sector. The candidate will be responsible for managing medical and general procurement activities, ensuring cost-effective purchasing, timely delivery, and proper inventory control. Experience in clinic or medical center procurement is highly preferred.

Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Tagalog will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of medical consumables, equipment, aesthetic devices, and clinic supplies
• Source, evaluate, and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers
• Obtain quotations and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate with stores, finance, and clinic operations for stock planning and payment processing
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstock
• Ensure purchased items comply with UAE healthcare and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reports

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare or medical purchasing (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Good knowledge of medical consumables, equipment, and regulatory standards in the UAE
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic procurement reporting
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Tagalog language proficiency is an advantage
