Why This Role Matters
We’re looking for a Purchasing & Inventory Officer to manage procurement and inventory operations end-to-end in Riyadh.
This role plays a key part in ensuring product availability, cost efficiency, and smooth warehouse operations to support our daily production.
What You’ll Do
Procurement
- Source and manage suppliers (local & international) for ingredients, packaging, and services
- Ensure timely purchasing aligned with production and demand planning
- Track supplier performance, pricing, and cost-saving opportunities
- Build strong vendor relationships to ensure consistency and reliability
- Stay updated on market trends, especially within the F&B space
Inventory & Warehouse
- Oversee stock control, storage, and inventory accuracy
- Maintain real-time inventory records and reduce discrepancies
- Ensure proper implementation of FIFO / FEFO practices
- Monitor expiry dates, batch tracking, and stock movement
- Ensure compliance with food safety and warehouse standards (HACCP)
Operations Support
- Work closely with kitchen and production teams to forecast needs
- Support material planning and daily stock issuance
- Track key KPIs (stock turnover, wastage, availability)
- Support audits and continuous process improvements
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in procurement and inventory roles (F&B or FMCG preferred)
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Experience using ERP or inventory management systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
