Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified QHSE Officer with strong hands-on experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ADOSH requirements. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, auditing, and continuously improving the organization’s Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems, ensuring full compliance with statutory and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Implement, maintain, and improve ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems.
Ensure compliance with ADOSH SF and applicable UAE legal requirements.
Maintain QHSE manuals, procedures, SOPs, and records.
Audits & Compliance
Plan and conduct internal QHSE audits as per annual audit programs.
Support external audits (certification, client, and regulatory audits).
Prepare audit reports, identify non-conformities, and monitor corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification (HIRA), and environmental aspect & impact assessments.
Health & Safety
Monitor workplace safety practices and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety meetings.
Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents; prepare RCA and corrective actions.
Ensure availability and compliance of PPE, firefighting equipment, MSDS, and emergency preparedness.
Environmental Management
Monitor environmental controls related to waste management, chemical handling, spill prevention, and emissions.
Ensure proper storage and handling of hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
Support ESG and sustainability initiatives where applicable.
Training & Awareness
Conduct QHSE inductions and periodic training programs for employees and contractors.
Promote QHSE awareness and safety culture across all levels of the organization.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare monthly QHSE performance reports and KPI dashboards.
Maintain legal registers, inspection records, incident logs, and compliance trackers.
Support Management Review Meetings (MRM) with data and action follow-ups
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
