Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for mechanical works
• Analyze drawings and specifications related to HVAC, piping, and mechanical systems
• Monitor project costs and track variations, claims, and change orders
• Conduct site measurements and verify work progress for payment applications
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and project requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in mechanical works (oil & gas, construction, or MEP projects)
• Strong knowledge of cost control, contracts, and project documentation
• Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying tools/software
• Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
