Job Title: Real Estate Manager

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Manager to lead our real estate division. The ideal candidate will manage a team of agents, ensure RERA compliance, drive sales growth, and collaborate with developers and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise a team of 10+ real estate agents.
• Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs.
• Support agents in deal closing and client negotiations.
• Manage property listings, marketing activities, and CRM operations.
• Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotional initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of real estate experience in Dubai, with managerial exposure.
• RERA certification is mandatory.
• Proven leadership and sales performance record.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Organized, proactive, and results-driven professional.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
