  • Communication: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage inquiries.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule appointments, confirm upcoming visits, and manage cancellations/rescheduling to optimize the doctor's time.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain patient records , handle filing, and manage inventory.
  • Financial Duties: Collect payments at the time of treatment, process insurance claims, verify benefits, and prepare treatment estimates.
  • Office Management: Keep the waiting area tidy, adhere to HIPAA confidentiality regulations, and ensure smooth patient flow.
