Job Summary

Spectra Medical Centre is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-oriented Receptionist who can efficiently support both the Dental and Dermatology/Cosmetology departments. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, strong time management, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellations.
  • Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, emails, and social media inquiries.
  • Coordinate patient appointments for both Dental and Dermatology departments.
  • Register patients and update records accurately in the clinic management system.
  • Verify insurance details and coordinate pre-authorizations when required.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
  • Follow up with patients regarding appointments, treatment plans, and approvals.
  • Assist in daily patient flow management to ensure smooth clinic operations.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as assigned.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and management regarding schedules and patient concerns.
  • Support administrative tasks and clinic operations as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Customer Service Representative, or Front Desk Officer (medical clinic experience preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn clinic management software.
  • Knowledge of insurance authorization processes is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
  • Willingness to support both Dental and Dermatology departments.
