We are seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Receptionist to join our medical center. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing excellent customer service while supporting the daily administrative operations of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage inquiries
- Register patients and update medical records accurately
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other medical staff
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
Requirements
- Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, appointment systems)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Arabic speaking is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a medical center or clinic
- Knowledge of dermatology terminology

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
