Recruitment Officer / Talent Acquisition Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Recruitment Officer to support the hiring needs of our medical group, including hospitals, clinics, medical centers, and corporate departments. The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the recruitment process for both clinical and non-clinical positions while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and compliance with healthcare hiring standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for medical and administrative positions.
  • Coordinate hiring for doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, technicians, and support staff.
  • Post job vacancies on recruitment platforms, company career pages, and social media channels.
  • Source candidates through databases, job boards, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads and hiring managers.
  • Verify candidate credentials, licenses, certifications, and employment references.
  • Maintain recruitment databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate records.
  • Prepare employment offers, onboarding documents, and recruitment reports.
  • Support onboarding and orientation activities for new employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and internal hiring policies.
  • Build talent pipelines for critical healthcare positions.
  • Participate in job fairs, recruitment campaigns, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, hiring costs, and candidate quality.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of recruitment or HR experience, preferably in healthcare or medical organizations.
  • Knowledge of healthcare recruitment processes and medical licensing requirements.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software/ATS platforms.
  • Strong multitasking and coordination abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience recruiting healthcare professionals in hospitals or clinics.
  • Knowledge of onboarding and employee engagement practices.
  • Professional HR certifications are an advantage.
