Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registered Nurse based in Dubai. The Registered Nurse will deliver patient-centered care, administer medications and treatments, coordinate with healthcare teams, and monitor patient progress. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate patient records, educating patients and their families on health management, and adhering to clinical protocols and safety standards. The Registered Nurse will contribute to improving patient outcomes in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Clinical skills in patient care, medication administration, and treatment planning
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate patient records and adhering to clinical protocols
• Compassionate approach to patient engagement and education
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and safety protocols
• Current nursing license in good standing and eligibility to practice in Dubai
• Relevant experience in a registered nursing role; experience in specialized fields is a plus
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent degree
• CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is advantageous
