Registered Midwife

We are seeking skilled and compassionate Midwives to join our growing home healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide expert maternal care, newborn care, and guidance to families, ensuring comfort, safety, and excellent clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive antenatal, intrapartum (non-hospital), and postpartum care.
• Educate and counsel mothers on breastfeeding, newborn care, postpartum recovery, and maternal health.
• Conduct newborn assessment, monitoring, and vital checks.
• Support mothers in labour preparation (non-clinical home support).
• Respond to maternal and newborn concerns with professionalism and clinical judgment.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation according to DHA guidelines.
• Collaborate with the clinical team for escalations and continuity of care.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive experience for mothers and families.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Midwifery or Nursing with Midwifery specialization.
• DHA license or eligibility letter (Required).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in maternity, labour ward, NICU, or midwifery roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and professional.
• Ability to work independently in a home-care setting.
