Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse with experience in home healthcare to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a valid DHA license , a minimum of 1 year of relevant home healthcare experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in using Electronic Record Management (ERM) systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, professional, and patient-focused nursing care in a home setting.
• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and administer treatments as per medical guidance.
• Monitor patient conditions, record progress, and report changes promptly.
• Educate patients and families on ongoing care, treatment plans, and health maintenance.
• Accurately document all care and interactions in the ERM system.
• Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and other care staff to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with DHA regulations, healthcare standards, and company policies.

Requirements

• Current and valid DHA Registered Nurse license (mandatory).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in home healthcare .
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with ERM systems .
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
