Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Registered Nurse role based in the United Arab Emirates. The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions in accordance with clinical standards and organizational policies. Daily responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medications and treatments, coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and documenting all care accurately in patient records. The role also involves educating patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, discharge instructions, and preventive care. The Registered Nurse will participate in multidisciplinary meetings, follow infection prevention and safety protocols, support emergency response as needed, and contribute to quality improvement activities within the unit.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong clinical nursing skills, including patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, and wound care.
  • Candidates should possess skills in patient and family communication, health education, and culturally sensitive care.
  • Candidates should possess skills in documentation, electronic health record usage, and adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards.
  • Candidates should possess skills in teamwork, collaboration with multidisciplinary staff, and time management in fast-paced environments.
  • Valid Registered Nurse license/registration, meeting UAE regulatory requirements.
  • Recognized nursing degree or diploma from an accredited institution.
  • Previous clinical experience in hospital or primary care settings; experience in critical care, medical-surgical, or emergency nursing is an advantage.
  • Up-to-date certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Life Support (ACLS or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills commonly used in the UAE are beneficial.
  • Commitment to ethical practice, continuous professional development, and evidence-based care.
