Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse based in Dubai. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans. Duties include administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient conditions, collaborating with the healthcare team, and educating patients and families about health and wellness. The role requires adherence to healthcare standards and regulations, as well as precise documentation of medical records.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in patient care, clinical assessment, and monitoring vital signs
• Strong skills in administering medications, wound care, and medical treatments
• Ability to provide patient and family education on health and wellness with clarity and empathy
• Knowledge of healthcare protocols, infection control, and patient safety regulations
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and a valid nursing license for Dubai
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or an equivalent qualification
• Relevant nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred
