Registered Nurse -DHA for HomeCare

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and experienced DHA Registered Nurse to join our Home Healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to ICU and Critical Care patients in their homes, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and continuity of care while maintaining the highest clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill and ICU patients in a homecare setting.
- Continuously assess, monitor, and document patients' clinical conditions, vital signs, and progress.
- Manage patients requiring advanced nursing interventions, including those with tracheostomy, ventilators, PEG feeding, urinary catheters, central lines, and oxygen therapy.
- Administer medications, IV infusions, injections, and other prescribed treatments accurately and safely.
- Operate and monitor medical equipment such as ventilators, suction machines, infusion pumps, pulse oximeters, cardiac monitors, and oxygen delivery systems.
- Perform wound care, pressure ulcer prevention, and infection control measures according to clinical guidelines.
- Identify changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate emergency interventions when required.
- Educate patients and family members on disease management, medication administration, infection prevention, and homecare practices.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records in accordance with DHA regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with physicians, multidisciplinary healthcare professionals, and care coordinators to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with DHA standards, infection prevention protocols, and patient safety regulations.
- Participate in patient handovers and maintain continuity of care during shift transitions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid DHA Registered Nurse License or DHA Eligibility Letter (Mandatory).
- BLS certification (Mandatory).
- ACLS certification will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU, Critical Care, CCU, ER, or High Dependency Unit (HDU) experience.
- Previous Home Healthcare experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in ventilator care and management of medically complex patients is highly desirable.
Pay: AED1,793.62 - AED11,744.84 per month
