We are seeking an experienced Nurse Educator to join our healthcare team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN or equivalent)
• Valid Qatar DHP / QCHP Registered Nurse License (Mandatory)
• 3-5 years clinical nursing experience- no gap of experience
• 2+ years experience in nursing education / staff training in QATAR
• Strong clinical background (ICU / OR / Med-Surg preferred)
• Knowledge of MoPH / DHP standards & competency frameworks

Responsibilities:

• Provide staff training & clinical education programs
• Conduct orientation for new nurses
• Assess clinical competencies
• Support CPD and professional development
• Ensure compliance with hospital standards and JCI requirements
