Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Dubai, for a Registered Nurse. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, performing clinical assessments, administering medications, maintaining accurate patient records, assisting in diagnostic tests, and collaborating with healthcare teams. The role entails ensuring adherence to healthcare protocols and supporting patients and families through effective communication and compassionate care.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in patient care, clinical assessments, and administering medications
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with healthcare teams and providing patient support
  • Knowledge and implementation of healthcare protocols, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements, especially related to Dubai healthcare regulations (DHA)
  • Ability to maintain accurate patient records and utilize health information systems
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail in fast-paced healthcare settings
  • Active DHA license or eligibility to obtain one; a valid nursing degree or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting; specialization or additional certifications are a plus
  • Proficiency in English communication; fluency in additional languages is an advantage
