Role Description

We are seeking a skilled DOH Laser Technician for a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi. The technician will be responsible for performing laser treatments, including laser hair removal and other procedures, in a professional and effective manner. Key responsibilities include operating laser equipment, maintaining precise records, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment, and delivering excellent customer service by addressing patient queries and concerns. Compliance with DOH guidelines and safety protocols is integral to the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hair Removal and Laser Hair Removal techniques
• Experience in operating laser equipment and knowledge of laser-specific tools and practices
• Strong customer service skills to provide a welcoming and professional patient experience
• Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a hygienic working environment
• Holds a valid DOH license or eligibility for certification as a Laser Technician
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic skills are a plus)
• Prior experience in a healthcare or medical aesthetics environment is preferred
