Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Sales Account Manager
with a proven track record in B2B sales to drive growth, manage key client relationships, and expand Scrub Valley’s footprint across the GCC healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will be skilled in building partnerships, negotiating contracts, and providing consultative solutions to healthcare institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new healthcare clients (hospitals, clinics, universities, and medical groups).
Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Identify client needs and position Scrub Valley’s solutions effectively.
Drive end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, pitching, demo, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Represent Scrub Valley at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Provide market feedback to support product development and innovation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field (MBA is a plus).
5+ years of B2B sales/account management experience
, preferably in recruitment, HR-tech, SaaS, or healthcare solutions.
Strong understanding of the GCC healthcare sector and decision-making structures.
Proven success in managing large accounts and achieving sales targets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Fluency in English and Arabic.
Ability to travel within the GCC as required.
