Job Description – Sales & Marketing Specialist (Telehealth services Platform)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and experienced Sales and Marketing Expert with a proven track record in healthcare, digital platforms, or technology-driven services. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in launching and scaling our TeleHealth App, building brand trust, driving user acquisition, and strengthening our competitive edge in the UAE healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy & Execution
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for the TeleHealth App.
• Position the app against competitors
• Design and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email).
• Branding & Communication
• Build and promote a strong, patient-trusted healthcare brand.
• Craft compelling messages aligned with patient, doctor, and investor personas.
• Manage PR, media, and stakeholder communication.
• Growth & Acquisition
• Drive user acquisition and engagement (patients, doctors, pharmacies, labs).
• Oversee referral, loyalty, and promotional campaigns.
• Track KPIs: installs, consultations booked, engagement, retention.
• Market & Competitor Analysis
• Conduct SWOT and market research in UAE & GCC healthcare ecosystem.
• Identify new channels, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
• Operational Collaboration
• Work closely with consultants, product teams, and client stakeholders.
• Ensure marketing activities comply with UAE healthcare advertising guidelines.
• Support business development and investor outreach presentations.

Requirements

• No of Vacancies -2
• Experience: 5–8+ years in marketing, with at least 3 years in healthcare, telehealth, digital platforms, or related industries.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in launching and scaling apps/platforms.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, branding, and growth hacking.
• Good client base and Network in UAE Healthcare Industry
• Excellent knowledge of UAE market dynamics and healthcare regulations.
• Skilled in using marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Energetic, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or Healthcare Management.
• Prior experience with healthtech startups, telemedicine apps, or digital health platforms.
• Ability to connect with multicultural audiences across the GCC.
