As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for

  • Engaging and nurturing inbound leads
  • Ensuring they book their assessment
  • Following up after assessments with trainers
  • Handling objections when needed to ensure commitment

What You ll Do (Your Mission)

  • Engage & nurture all leads in Go High Level & HubSpot CRM to move them through the
  • pipeline. Make 150+ calls daily to connect with potential clients and book 200+ assessments per
  • month.
  • Use WhatsApp & email follow-ups to maintain client engagement and excitement.
  • Track, follow up, and support client assessments ensure all leads receive the full
  • experience.
  • Work closely with trainers to ensure seamless communication between booked leads and
  • assessments.
  • Handle objections and provide solutions help potential clients commit to their journey.
  • Assist in closing sales when required while trainers close most deals, you must be
  • prepared to step in when needed.
  • Analyze & optimize lead pipeline performance to increase booking and conversion
  • rates.
  • Ensure 100% CRM accuracy track and manage every client interaction for efficiency.
  • Be performance-driven your success is measured by results, not effort.

Success Metrics (How We Measure Your Impact)

  • 150+ dials per day to engage and nurture leads.
  • Consistent WhatsApp & email follow-ups to maintain engagement.
  • 200+ booked assessments per month ensure trainers have full schedules.
  • 60%+ of leads must book an assessment.
  • 50%+ of booked leads must show up.
  • 25+ sales per month ensuring clients commit post-assessment.
  • 100% CRM accuracy every client touchpoint is logged and optimized.

Able to Close When Needed while you won t be the primary closer, you must be able to seal the deal if necessary.

Strong CRM & Tech Skills experience with Go High Level, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.

Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented you track everything and follow up without fail.
