In this opportunity as Sales Development Representative, you will:

  • Pursue the identification of opportunities to increase sales volume for the individual products and to drive growth within each product line.
  • Clearly articulate TR s solutions to key personas and demonstrates the value drivers for the portfolio.
  • Develop processes and manages execution of sales activity (e.g. lead generation, data capture and enrichment, Outreach/HVS sequences).
  • Maintain excellent standards and detained information in CRM system.
  • Hunter mentality with a focus on driving new sales opportunities using the adoption of digital tools.
  • Collaborate with BDMs, SAMs, Sales Leads and Marketing functions to help design and execute cross-territory campaigns to drive specific sales initiatives and achieve results.

Desired Candidate Profile

You re a fit for the role of Sales Development Representative if your background includes:

  • Proven experience within an SDR or Business Development position.
  • Proven track record of exceeding against quota and/or other performance metrics and working cross-functionally to achieve sales objectives and targets.
  • Demonstrable hunter sales mentality - using sales enablement tools such as High Velocity Sales or Outreach.
  • Practiced in use of sales automation and analytics technology experience with Salesforce, Advanced Excel, Einstein Analytics.
  • Tenacious: You are determined to succeed, and you are motivated by the success of customers, team members and the wider organization.
  • Curious: You are always learning and seeking ways to make things better.
  • Conscientious: You keep your promises, taking your commitments to others seriously, and you have strong integrity.
  • Experience prospecting technology solutions into/working with law firms, corporate legal departments, compliance departments, professional firms is advantageous.
