Job Summary

Clinique La Prairie Resort is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Director with a strong background in the Luxury hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing strategic sales initiatives, building strong client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team. This role requires a proactive leader with proven experience in resort, hotel, or hospitality sales and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities across corporate, travel trade, and group segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, and key business partners.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to develop effective sales plans.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and departmental goals.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations teams to develop promotional campaigns, cross-selling opportunities, and seasonal packages.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process while maintaining long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of sales experience , including at least 5 years in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven experience in resort, or luxury hospitality sales with a strong understanding of industry requirement and audios targeting
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
