Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Dubai, is for a Sales Executive. Responsibilities include promoting and selling products and services to clients within assigned territories, managing the complete sales cycle, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and providing post-sales support and training. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and ensuring brand visibility, as well as collaborating with marketing and clinical teams to support campaigns and events.

· Engage potential and existing clients to promote and sell products and services.

· Identify and develop new business opportunities and qualified leads within assigned territories.

· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

· Present product features and benefits effectively to healthcare, wellness, or aesthetic professionals.

· Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals to achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.

· Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing and post-sales support.

· Track and report on all sales activities using CRM tools and contribute to strategic planning.

· Provide an exceptional after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

· Educate and train customers on product usage, benefits, and clinical value.

· Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor offers, and client feedback to identify areas for improvement and opportunities.

· Ensure the product portfolio remains visible, relevant, and top-of-mind in the marketplace.

· Strategically manage customer buying cycles and ensure consistent engagement during downtime or waiting periods before new purchases.

· Represent the brand professionally at trade shows, conferences, and promotional events.

· Collaborate closely with the marketing and clinical teams to support promotional campaigns and educational initiatives.

Qualification

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
  • Knowledge and experience in body contouring and slimming.
