Sales Executive - Bank Experience

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with prior banking experience to promote and sell banking products while building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent sales skills, a customer-focused approach, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell banking products such as personal loans, credit cards, accounts, and other financial products.
• Identify and approach potential customers through direct sales and referrals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
• Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers.
• Collect and verify customer documents in line with compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of customer applications.
• Stay updated on banking products, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of banking sales experience in the UAE.
• Experience in selling retail banking products such as personal loans, credit cards, CASA, or wealth products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with a proven sales record.
• UAE driving licence is required

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
