Sales Executive Tyres

Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Tyre Sales Executive with strong expertise in OTR (Off-the-Road), TBR (Truck & Bus Radial), PCR (Passenger Car Radial) and Fleet Sales within the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of fleet operators, logistics companies, construction firms, rental companies, and transport providers.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with fleet clients, transport companies, construction firms, and distributors.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for OTR, TBR, PCR tyres.
- Conduct market research to identify prospective clients and new business opportunities.
- Promote tyres to B2B customers through regular visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Maintain updated knowledge of tyre patterns, specifications, load indexes, and applications.
Client Management
- Manage existing accounts to ensure repeat business and customer retention.
- Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize deals.
- Provide after-sales support, including follow-ups on performance, warranty issues, and customer satisfaction.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with fleet managers, workshop supervisors, and procurement teams.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor pricing, market movements, tyre demand trends, and customer preferences.
- Provide management with market feedback and suggestions for improving product performance and sales strategies.
Operational Duties
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse team for timely product availability and delivery.
- Ensure accurate documentation of sales, invoices, contracts, and collections.
- Maintain an updated CRM/database of clients, leads, and sales activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years UAE experience in Tyre Sales (OTR/TBR/PCR & Fleet Sales).
- Strong network with transport, logistics, construction, and rental companies.
- Solid understanding of tyre categories, patterns, load ratings, and applications.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Valid UAE Driving License – mandatory.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and manage multiple clients.
- Strong presentation and sales closing skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
