Sales Product Specialist - Educational & Sensory Products (Special Needs & Early Learning)

We are seeking an experienced Sales Product Specialist to promote educational toys, early learning tools & products for special needs and People of Determination across the UAE . The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of child development and therapy-based solutions, and a proven ability to build relationships with healthcare and educational institutions while driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell educational and sensory products to hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, and educational institutions across the UAE.
• Advocate solutions that support children’s cognitive, motor, social, and emotional development, including products tailored for People of Determination.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in private and government healthcare sectors.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations for healthcare professionals, therapists, and educators.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business strategy.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in selling sensory toys, educational items, or related healthcare/therapy products.
• Strong network within UAE hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, and educational institutions.
• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, or a related field.
• Knowledge or experience in Occupational Therapy and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA Therapy) is highly preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
