Job Overview
The Sales Specialist (Critical Care) is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share in the Dubai & NE region by promoting on critical care products including Anesthesia, Ventilation, Airway management equipment, neonatal care related products to healthcare providers. The role includes building strong customer relationships, executing sales strategies, and providing product expertise to meet client needs. Key accountabilities include achieving revenue targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining market intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for critical care products in the Dubai & NE region.
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and business development activities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customers’ needs to adapt strategies effectively.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of ultrasound solutions through product presentations and training sessions.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and market insights to management.
- Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and service, to align efforts and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Support cross-functional initiatives to drive business objectives.
Qualification & Experience
- Medical Technology degree, or clinical engineering or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in sales with a focus on critical care products including Anesthesia, Ventilation, Airway management equipment, neonatal care related products.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients.
- In-depth knowledge of critical care products sales, Clinical and its applications in healthcare.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to business development and customer service.
- Preferred female candidate to accommodate work nature
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- UAE Driving license is a must.
