Sales Team Lead

Our Company  is currently looking for Team Leader to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in the dental/medical field and is passionate about driving business growth and building strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in Dental Sales.

• Bachelor's degree in Dentistry, Business Administration and other related fields. (Masters Degree is preferrable but not required)

• Excellent communication skills (Both English and Arabic is preferrable)

• Computer Literate

• Experience in B2B and B2C business set up

• Immediate joiners will be given priority.

• Dentists with Good UAE Market experience is welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and oversee sales department performance whilst leading, coaching, and managing each dental sales team

• Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed targets

• Manage existing client relationships and ensure to build strong relationships with dental professionals, clinics, and distributors.

• Monitor sales team performance, KPIs, and market trends

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and campaigns

• Handle clients’ complaints and feedback.

• Perform task as per designation as per the management.
