Job Title: Security Guard (Clinic / Healthcare Facility)

ELEMENTAL DAY SURGICAL CENTER is hiring a professional and customer-focused Security Guard to help maintain a safe, calm, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This role combines strong security fundamentals with service mindset and clear coordination across the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

CCTV Monitoring & Incident Response

• Monitor CCTV systems in real time and review footage when required
• Identify and report suspicious activity, safety risks, or policy violations
• Maintain incident logs and escalate issues promptly to management

Access Control & Visitor Management

• Control entry/exit points for staff, patients, visitors, vendors, and deliveries
• Verify IDs, appointments, and access permissions when required
• Enforce access rules for restricted areas (clinical rooms, stores, staff-only zones)

Territory / Perimeter Control

• Conduct regular patrols inside and outside the facility
• Ensure doors, emergency exits, and critical areas are secured
• Monitor parking, external surroundings, and building perimeter for risks

Patient Support & Front-of-House Assistance

• Assist patients and visitors with directions and basic guidance
• Support patient flow during busy periods (queue management, calm coordination)
• Provide immediate assistance in case of emergencies (alerting medical staff, supporting evacuation procedures)

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with reception, nurses, storekeeper, drivers, and facility staff
• Support visitor/vendor scheduling and delivery coordination when needed
• Communicate clearly and calmly in stressful situations

Safety & Compliance

• Follow clinic policies, Dubai/UAE security regulations, and internal procedures
• Perform basic checks for fire safety, hazards, and emergency readiness
• Participate in drills (evacuation, emergency response) and comply with reporting requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a security guard (premium clinics or 5* hotels experience is a strong plus)
• Comfortable working with CCTV systems , incident reporting, and access control procedures
• Good English communication
• Professional appearance, calm attitude, and service mindset
• Physically able to stand/walk for extended periods and perform patrols
• Ability to work shifts (day/night/weekends as needed)

Strong Advantage

• Prior experience in premium clinics or 5* hotels
• First aid knowledge / basic emergency response familiarity
• Experience handling patient-facing environments with discretion and empathy
