We’re Hiring: Senior Business Development Executive

Relocation & Immigration | UAE Market

📍 Dubai / Abu Dhabi

Helpxpat Relocations is embarking on an ambitious growth phase and is seeking a commercially driven, well-connected Business Development Executive to lead revenue growth in the UAE market. This is a results-oriented sales role focused on acquiring corporate clients and driving measurable business expansion in relocation and immigration services.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in B2B sales within the UAE market (mandatory)
  • Strong, established network across UAE Freezones, Government departments, HR, and corporate communities
  • Experience in sales within relocation, immigration, corporate services, or related sectors
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and consultative sales skills
  • Strong closing ability with a proven track record in achieving targets
  • Highly target-driven with a commercial mindset
  • Self-motivated and capable of independently managing a sales pipeline

Advantage

  • Exposure to or experience in the KSA market

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and close corporate relocation and immigration contracts
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with UAE Freezones and Government entities
  • Engage with key decision-makers, including HR Directors, Mobility Heads, and Business Owners
  • Convert leads into confirmed revenue and manage pipeline growth
  • Contribute to long-term business expansion strategies
