Location: Al Ain, UAE
Salary: AED 8,000 – AED 10,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Fashion Designer (Ready-to-Wear) to join our team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing innovative and market-driven RTW collections, managing the design process from concept to production, and ensuring all products align with brand standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop seasonal Ready-to-Wear (RTW) collections based on market trends, customer preferences, and brand identity.
• Create design concepts, mood boards, sketches, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Research fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and materials to create commercially successful collections.
• Collaborate with pattern makers, production teams, and suppliers to ensure design feasibility and quality standards.
• Oversee sample development, fittings, and garment modifications.
• Ensure timely completion of collections according to production schedules.
• Monitor product quality and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Work closely with merchandising and marketing teams to support product launches.
• Maintain accurate design documentation and technical packs.
• Stay updated with industry developments, fashion trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in fashion design, with significant experience in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) collections.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and commercial fashion design expertise.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and related tools.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, pattern making, and production processes.
• Excellent sketching, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with apparel manufacturing and production teams is preferred.
