About the Role:

We are seeking a high-level Senior Hair Stylist with leadership qualities to join our premium beauty salon. This role combines excellent hair services with light managerial responsibilities, supporting the owner in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver premium hair services (cuts, styling, color, highlights, treatments)
• Conduct professional consultations and upselling
• Ensure exceptional client experience
• Support team organization, cleanliness, and workflow
• Assist in handling client concerns and operational follow-ups

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years salon experience
• Strong background in hair color & treatments
• Experience as senior stylist / supervisor preferred
• Confident, well-spoken, and professional
