Overview M42 was established in 2023, following the coming together of G42 Healthcare and Mubadala Health. The Senior Manager - Strategic Engagement and Campaigns will lead the design and execution of high-impact engagement initiatives and corporate campaigns that support organizational priorities, M42’s reputation locally and globally, and stakeholder alignment. This role will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic, data-driven campaigns, high-profile events and stakeholder management that enhance visibility, awareness and measurable outcomes across internal and external audiences. The role will also require strategic thinking in the creation and development of campaigns and initiatives, including targeted stakeholder engagement, and the ability to execute this to the very highest standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic engagement plans and multi-channel campaigns aligned with organizational objectives
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into impactful communication and engagement initiatives
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign planning, delivery, and performance monitoring
  • Ensure consistency of messaging, brand alignment, and governance across all engagement activities
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting quality, timeline, and budget expectations
  • Leverage insights, data, and analytics to optimize campaign effectiveness and decision-making
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners, agencies, and vendors as required
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, innovation, and audience engagement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Strategic Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in strategic engagement, campaigns, communications, or a related area
  • Proven experience leading complex, high-visibility initiatives in large or matrixed organizations
  • Strong strategic thinking, planning, and execution capabilities
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and insights to drive impact and measure results
  • High level of professionalism, judgment, and attention to detail
