Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the launch and growth of our health tech app and e-commerce platform . The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end product strategy , from concept to launch , and ensuring a best-in-class patient experience across multiple healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for Healio’s multi-service platform.
• Translate business goals and clinical operations needs into digital product requirements .
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create an intuitive patient and provider interface.
• Work closely with developers to build, test, and launch app features for blood tests, IV drips, physiotherapy, and doctor-on-call services.
• Integrate e-commerce capabilities , including appointment booking, payments, and order management.
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and local healthcare standards .
• Gather user feedback and usage analytics to continuously improve the platform.
• Coordinate with vendors, labs, and healthcare partners to align product features with operational workflows.
• Monitor KPIs, adoption, and retention metrics to drive growth.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Engineering, or related field .
• 5+ years of product management experience , preferably in digital health, telemedicine, or multi-service platforms .
• Experience with mobile app and web platform development , ideally with e-commerce integrations .
• Strong knowledge of UX/UI best practices and patient-centered design.
• Understanding of healthcare regulations in Dubai (DHA) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills .
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to guide product decisions .
