Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Saudi Female National to join our team as a Senior Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving sales growth by leveraging her specialized experience in navigating the landscape of foreign direct investment in Saudi Arabia, particularly with the Ministry of Investment (MISA) and the Saudi Business Center (SBC) for establishing foreign companies. A strong background in e-commerce sales and practical knowledge of accounting firm operations is essential. This role requires a professional with exceptional communication skills in both Arabic and English, capable of managing complex sales cycles and immediately contributing to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities
- Foreign Investment & Business Development:
* Act as a subject matter expert in the process of establishing and licensing foreign investment companies in Saudi Arabia, specifically relating to MISA and SBC procedures.
* Proactively identify, target, and secure new clients seeking to enter or expand their business presence in the Saudi market.
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders at the Ministry of Investment, Saudi Business Center, and relevant government bodies.
* Provide expert consultation to potential foreign investors on regulatory requirements, market entry strategies, and business setup structures.
- E-commerce Sales & Strategy:
* Drive significant sales growth through effective e-commerce strategies and execution, utilizing a deep understanding of online sales channels and digital marketplaces.
* Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for e-commerce-focused products or services.
* Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new e-commerce opportunities and develop tailored solutions.
- Client Relationship Management & Technical Sales:
* Leverage prior experience with accounting firms to effectively articulate the value proposition of financial, compliance, or related professional services to clients.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and long-term retention.
* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Legal, Finance, Operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Sales Performance & Reporting:
* Achieve and exceed ambitious monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance reviews to senior management.
* Efficiently manage a pipeline of prospective clients and track all sales activities using a CRM system.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Nationality: Must be a Saudi Female National.
* Experience: Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, specifically in the Saudi market.
* Sector Expertise: Mandatory direct experience and deep familiarity with the procedures and documentation required by the Ministry of Investment (MISA) and the Saudi Business Center (SBC) for foreign company establishment.
* E-commerce Proficiency: Strong, practical experience in e-commerce sales, digital marketing, and understanding of online business models.
* Accounting/Finance Knowledge: Demonstrable experience working with or within accounting/consulting firms, with a solid grasp of basic financial and corporate compliance concepts.
* Language Fluency: Fluent professional spoken and written Arabic and English is essential.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
* Availability: Must be able to join immediately.
