Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead and manage the complete sales function of the Facilities Management (FM) department. This role is a key leadership position responsible for driving revenue growth and overseeing all specialized FM sales verticals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract closure
• Achieve and exceed a monthly sales target of AED 500,000
• Provide structured sales reporting and forecasting using CAFM systems
• Lead and oversee all FM sales divisions including ELV, Landscaping, MEP, Soft & Hard Services
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with business goals
• Build, mentor, and manage high-performing sales teams
• Maintain strong client relationships and expand key accounts across the UAE

Candidate Profile

• Extensive experience in the UAE Facilities Management industry
• Strong leadership background in companies with standards similar to Farnek or Emrill
• Proven track record of meeting high-value sales targets
• Strong understanding of CAFM systems and FM operations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
