Job duties but not limited to the following:

• Oversee day-to-day back office activities.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and invoices using our CRM.
• Convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Handle operational tasks efficiently.
• Implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

Requirements for the Ideal Candidate:

• Excellent organization, planning and leadership skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work under a high-pressure work environment, ensure quick deliverables, and connect with our team(s) globally.
• Right to work in the UAE with a valid residence visa and NOC (if applicable).
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the repatriation process.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Willingness to work according to EU timings in the UAE.
• 5 years of combined B2B and B2C sales experience.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages such as Dutch, German, Spanish.
• Proven experience engaging with EEA consumers, ideally within the healthcare sector.
• Strong collaborative leadership and a track record of driving team results.

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
