Senior Sports Physiotherapist

We are expanding our high-performance sports rehabilitation team in Jeddah and are seeking an experienced, elite-level Senior Sports Physiotherapist to lead advanced athlete recovery and injury prevention programs. Core Responsibilities Elite Athlete Care: Design, implement, and supervise comprehensive, evidence-based sports rehabilitation programs for professional athletes and high-performance individuals. Clinical Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of junior and mid-level physiotherapists, fostering a culture of continuous clinical education. Advanced Diagnostics: Utilize advanced biomechanical, load monitoring, and athletic performance technology to optimize return-to-play timelines safely. Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate directly with referring physicians, team coaches, and sports federations (including elite football and basketball clubs) to deliver unified care. Candidate Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy is required; a Master's degree or specialized Postgraduate Diploma in Sports Physiotherapy/Sports Medicine is highly preferred. Licensing: Must possess a valid license from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) as a Senior Physiotherapist (or be fully eligible for immediate transfer/classification). Experience: A minimum of 5 to 7 years of clinical experience, with at least 3 years dedicated explicitly to elite sports rehabilitation or high-performance athletic centers. Skills: Exceptional clinical reasoning, deep understanding of sports-specific biomechanics, excellent leadership capabilities, and strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a major plus).
