Job Description Summary

The Senior US Imaging Technology Specialist is expected to provide individualized person centered care in performing all advanced ultrasound exams in addition to musckeloskeletal US imaging procedures in accordance with established practices and procedures and participates in reviewing imaging orders and adjust the imaging protocol according to the given clinical history to provide best diagnostic outcome

  • Provide support in performing all advanced and newly introduced ultrasound imaging procedures
  • Assume actingbackup leadership roles
  • Develop and participate in reviewing practicing policies
  • Participate in planning and arranging schedules and reviewing workflows
  • Participate in imaging equipment troubleshooting and any other operational activity assigned by manager
  • Participate in developing and monitoring ultrasound KPIs

Minimum Education Required

Bachelor Degree in Radiologic Science or Ultrasound OR Master’s degree in Radiologic Science or Ultrasound with a Minimum of 14 years' Ultrasound Imaging experience

Professional Certifications Required

SCFHS Certification

Years of Experience

Minimum 16 years' experience in Ultrasound Imaging Technology

Languages

English:Advanced ; Arabic:Basic
