SEO & Digital Content Specialist

HMS Healthcare Group is looking for an SEO & Digital Content Specialist to drive organic traffic to our website and create compelling content that educates patients and builds our online presence.

  • Develop and execute SEO strategy to improve HMS website rankings
  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page optimization
  • Create patient education content (blog posts, articles, health guides)
  • Manage and grow HMS social media presence
  • Write and edit website content optimized for search and conversion
  • Monitor website analytics and SEO performance
  • Develop content calendar and manage content production
  • Collaborate with paid ads team to align content with campaigns

Essential Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in SEO and digital content creation
  • Proven track record of improving organic search rankings and traffic
  • Strong writing skills with ability to create engaging, patient-friendly content
  • Experience with healthcare or medical content (understanding of terminology and compliance)
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
  • Understanding of technical SEO, content optimization, and link building

Technical Skills

  • Google Analytics and Search Console
  • SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar)
  • Content management systems (WordPress or similar)
  • Basic HTML/CSS understanding
  • Social media management platforms
  • Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)

Key Competencies

  • Content strategy and planning
  • SEO best practices and algorithm updates
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Understanding patient search behavior
  • Ability to write for different audiences (patients, physicians, corporate)
