Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of experience in servicing aesthetic medical devices in the UAE. • Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory). • Available immediately to join • Fluent in English (spoken and written). • Arabic language skills will be an added advantage. • Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand new technologies and products. • Highly adaptable and able to work efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. • Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills. • Willingness to travel across the UAE for installations, preventive maintenance, and breakdown service support irrespective of timings. Key Responsibilities: • Installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of aesthetic laser and medical devices. • Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally. • Provide on-site technical support and customer training when required. • Prepare and submit daily and weekly service reports. • Coordinate with the service team and management to ensure timely customer support. • Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
