We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media & Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team (Full-time | On-site).

Role Overview

Manage and grow our social media presence while planning and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, and LinkedIn
• Manage daily community engagement and account activities
• Plan and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
• Track KPIs (reach, engagement, leads, conversions) and provide performance reports
• Develop content calendars aligned with marketing goals
• Analyze data and continuously improve campaign performance

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management and paid advertising
• Strong Arabic & English copywriting skills
• Experience with Meta Business Manager & Google Ads
• Basic design skills (Canva or similar)
• Analytical, organized, and results-oriented mindset
• We’re looking for someone who can turn content into growth and ads into real results.
