Position: Sous Chef
Salary: SAR 7,000 + Accommodation & Transportation
Contract: 2 years
Ticket: Provided every 24 months
Availability: Immediate
Interview: Must be available in Riyadh for interview & tasting (preferred)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations
  • Prepare and supervise production of Mediterranean dishes
  • Support menu execution and quality control
  • Train and support kitchen staff
  • Maintain food hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards
  • Assist with inventory, food ordering & cost control

Requirements

  • 2–3 years’ experience as a Sous Chef
  • Strong knowledge in Mediterranean cuisine (mandatory)
  • Ability to supervise team and maintain quality standards
  • Strong work ethic, discipline & teamwork style
  • Available for immediate joining

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ﷼7,000.00 per month
