Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Specialist Dermatologist role based in Ajman. The Specialist Dermatologist will provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and management of dermatological conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, infections, and other skin, hair, and nail disorders. The role includes performing dermatologic procedures, minor surgeries, and cosmetic treatments as per clinical guidelines and patient needs. The Specialist Dermatologist will collaborate with other healthcare professionals, maintain accurate medical records, and ensure compliance with local regulations and clinical protocols. Responsibilities also include educating patients on treatment plans and preventive skin care, supporting quality improvement initiatives, and contributing to a safe, patient-centered care environment.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical foundation in Medicine and Dermatology, with proven ability to diagnose and manage a wide range of skin, hair, and nail diseases.
• Advanced expertise in Cosmetic Dermatology and Cosmetology, including non-surgical aesthetic procedures and evidence-based cosmetic treatments.
• Specific experience in the diagnosis and treatment of Acne and related disorders, with familiarity in both medical and procedural management.
• Valid specialist qualification in Dermatology (e.g., board certification or equivalent), meeting UAE licensing requirements or eligibility.
• Current or eligible license with relevant UAE health authorities (e.g., DHA, MOH, HAAD) is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care, ethical practice, infection control, and clinical safety standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary, culturally diverse team.
• Willingness to participate in continuous professional development, quality improvement, and clinical governance activities.
