Speech and Language Therapist

Job description:

Duties:

• Assessing, diagnosing, screening, and preventing language, speech, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop patient care plan with short and long-term goals.
• Taking detailed notes on patient history and progress.
• Evaluating patient progress and implementing changes to therapy programs as required.
• Using tried and tested therapies in combination with new, innovative techniques to provide the best care.
• Communicating and liaising with their family members, and teachers to design effective treatment plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or master's degree in Speech Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology.
• DHA / MOH license and certification.
• Sound understanding of speech-related disorders and treatments.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.
